As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Take charge as a clinical resource and embrace a leadership position, overseeing and coordinating patient care throughout their hospitalization. You will assess, plan, delegate, and evaluate care provided to our Med/Surg/Pedi patients during your assigned shift. In addition, you will interpret the unit’s care standards and be ready to fulfill any nursing responsibilities as required.

To excel in this role, you must possess an active VT or multi state RN license and either be currently enrolled in or hold a BSN. We also require a minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience preferably in Med/Surg. It is essential that you possess or obtain BCLS, ACLS, and Med/Surg Nursing certifications within one year of joining our team.
