North Country Hospital
**Statement of Purpose** Performs a variety of tasks related to hospital repair, renovation, new construction, painting, and mechanical upkeep. Responsible for routine building maintenance.
**Job Requirements (I)**
High School diploma or equivalent. One year of electrical, plumbing and HV/AC knowledge preferred, but not required.
**Job Requirements (II)**
Required is a High School diploma or equivalent. Also required is 2 years of technical school or equivalent in the trades of plumbing, electrical, heating, refrigeration, or air conditioning and/or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in general mechanical, electric, plumbing and HVAC. Must maintain training of existing Campus Honeywell Building Control Energy Management System at a Level 2 or greater.
