The LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)utilizes the nursing process under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes. Communicates need for guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations. Promotes positive image of nursing.

**Education:** Graduate of a nursing program: diploma, associate degree
**Experience:** None
**License and Certificates Required:**
Valid and Current Vermont Practical Nurse License
Basic Life Support (BLS): Required for hire
